Love the concept a lot! I think you pulled it off perfectly. The fact that it actually played the notes you placed was really cool. I think my only nitpick is that the movement felt a bit slippery. Otherwise, this is really neat.
I love the educational aspect of teaching how time signatures work while keeping it very relevant to the gameplay. The mouse cursor being a hand and pen is a nice touch. I like the guy's silly walk animation lol. Sorry to hear this didn't make it into the jam - I would have rated it high!
